My Agent reservation System is a part of The Travel Team Ltd. We are ATOL bonded and IATA approved new generation company with two offices in UK and call centre in offshore location, we specialize in all types of arrangements that the travel industry needs i.e., hotel bookings-Tours-cruises-Car Rental-Air tickets etc.

Flight Booking:

In this interface the user can search for the flight fares for the destination.

The result is obtained after searching the GDS and the local database (NEGO) if there are some local negotiated fares present. The availability for the negotiated fares is also checked in the respective GDS.

Hotel Booking:

In this interface the user can search for the hotel fares for a particular destination. The user can then choose from the list of hotels which is obtained after the search is done.

This result is also obtained from 3rd party suppliers and the local database (NEGO). The results from different sources (Consolidator and NEGO Database) are compiled and filtered before displaying it to the user as per the application settings.

Packages:

Package search provide pre-made packages from the local database.

The packages can be Group or FIT. Group packages have fixed date of travel with limited allocation / inventory.

Booking Queues / Interfaces

My Bookings:

In this queue, the MARS agency can see all the booking created by him. By default only the bookings which are active (trip start date is greater than current date) would be listed. The user can use the filters to see other bookings as well.

Open Existing Booking:

In this queue, the MARS agent can search for a particular booking. The MARS agent has an option to search through various fields like thebooking reference number, passenger's first and last name or the PNR number.

In Process Bookings:

In this queue, the bookings which are yet not ticketed/vouchered are shown. By default the bookings would be sorted by booking ref number. The MARS agent can click on different columns to sort the records by the column name respectively.

In this queue, the bookings which are ticketed/vouchered are shown. By default the bookings would be sorted by booking ref number. The user can click on different columns to sort the records by the column name respectively.

Create New Booking:

This interface is used by the MARS agent to start a new booking for all products available for sale.

GDS Terminal:

In this interface a MARS agent can emulate the GDS terminal and generate PNRs using cryptic entries as he would using the offline terminal. The PNRs can then be retrieved by the main agent using the Mid Office.

White Label Features:

We can create a whitelable website for our Sub agents. This will allow your customers make bookings

My Accounts / MIS

Accounts Statement:

In this interface, the MARS agent can view the accounts statement and debit / Credit Balance. This statement can be exported in CSV / XLS format

Payment History:

This queue shows the booking for which the Payment is pending. By default the bookings would be sorted by booking ref number. The user can click on different columns to sort the records by the column name respectively.

Company Management:

In this interface, the MARS agent can view his agency details as recorded with the main company / wholesaler as well as upload his agency logo. In case of any discrepancy, the MARS agent can contact the main company who can then make the changes after verification.

Branch Management:

In this interface the MARS agent can add branches within his agency or edit existing branch details.

Create users / Search users:

In this interface, the MARS agent can Search for existing users / create new users and grant specific roles and rights.

User Roles & Rights:

Here the MARS agent can specify roles and assign specific rights / privileges to each role.

Change Password:

Here the User who has logged in can change his own password.

Manage Markups:

Here the MARS agent can manage his own markups for multiple products individually.

Credit Limit reminder:

In this interface, the MARS agent can manage the amount left in his credit balance when he wants to be reminded to replenish the same. Additionally, the MARS agent can also manage the email ID where such reminder is sent.

Website Management:

Here the MARS agent can manage his own B2C website (MARS2C). This will essentially be a white label site and the MARS agent canadjust the look and feel of the same as well as manage the products that will be available for sale online.
